My Life at Shri G.P.M. Degree College made me stronger and took me a step ahead for being independent women. I am thankful to all the teachers who supported us and corrected us throughout our bachelors. The events that I took part helped me to grow my confidence level. They care about how the student is doing within the course and whether we understand, rather than just giving out information and letting the students absorb it however they want.
It was a great experience studying at Shri G.P.M. Degree College of Science & Commerce. My experience here was full of learning and grooming myself in every aspect of my professional carrier. I feel fortunate to be a student of this college. We are blessed with very senior and experienced faculty. Since from last one and half year due to Covid-19 pandemics we all are attending online lectures & during that time our college has taken the initiative for giving us daily assignment so that study and concept could be easily remembered which helps me personally to score good in my TY examinations.

My experience at Shri G.P.M. Degree College of Science & Commerce was fantastic, and laid the foundation for a challenging journey in my life. It triggered my learning curve to rise towards knowledge and creativity. I was often encouraged to look beyond books. What I absorbed and assimilated from various orientation programmes and motivational programmes inculcated self-discipline and problem solving skills. Personally, the education and experience that I gained hear transformed me into a person eager taking on challenges in the real world.
My journey at Shri G.P.M. Degree College for the past 3 years has been absolute amazing. The college faculties and administration have supported me and my endeavors throughout. The college regularly organizes workshops such as blood donation campaigns, beach cleaning drives and sports competitions to help students develop new skills. I have taken part in donating blood for 3 consecutive years at the blood drive organized by the college committees. Such achievements and experiences really helped me stand out amongst others and aided me to secure a job at the Mumbai International Airport as a customer service executive. The support I received from the college allowed me to explore various fields and then choose the one I liked.
I am pursuing B.A.F. from Shri G.P.M. Degree College of Science & Commerce and would like to add that the College and the faculty members are very student friendly and approachable in nature. The faculty members make sure that all the sessions are interactive and interesting in nature. They use a lot of case studies, discussions, role-plays and many innovative ways of evaluation. The College organizes various industrial visits, guest lectures, conferences and case conclaves to give a hands on experience to its students. It gives me great pleasure to say with pride that I have completed my B.A.F. from here.
I would describe the Shri G.P.M. Degree College as exciting and dynamic place for UG level education. The best thing about being a student here is the number of additional opportunities that are available. I was initially attracted here by the school’s reputation and my career goals. The professors here make
the college what it is today. With an attitude of being ever ready not only delivering classroom teachings but also providing the students with real-time case studies and hands on industry experience with field project works because of that activity presently, I am a youngest CyberSecurity Evangelist.
To any new student coming to the College, I would say this : Throw yourself at every opportunity that comes your way. If it gets too much, you can always scale back but those opportunities can make all the difference between getting what you want and having to settle for second best.
