Eligibility

• For O.B.C. / V.J.N.T. / D.T. / S.B.C., Income Limit : Rs. 1,00,000/-
• For S.C., Income Limit : Rs. 2,00,000/-
• For S.T., Income Limit : Rs. 2,50,000/-

Documents required

• Domicile certificate issued by authorized officer.
• Attested copies : Caste Certificate; Non creamy layer (except for S.C. & S.T.)
• Cast Verification certificate (O.B.C / S.C. / V.J.N.T. / S.B.C)
• Parent’s Income certificate (previous year)/Form 16/ Uttpannacha Dakhla from Tehsildar Office
• Ration card
• Aadhar card
• Attested copies of Student’s S.S.C. (Std. 10) and H.S.C. (Std. 12) Mark-sheet
• Current year’s Fee Receipt or Identity Card (Bonafide certificate)
• First page of Pass Book of Nationally Bank of India (Mobile No. / Aadhar No. Linked to Bank Account).
• Submission as per date declared online by Social Welfare Office & Prakalpa Adhikari Office respectively.

Process

• The eligible students have to apply online at https://mahadbtmahait.gov.in
• After filling the on line form, the students have to submit a copy of printed form with above documents in the college to Mrs. Chhaya A. Rai.
• For any assistance, contact Mrs. Chhaya A. Rai, Time – 10.00 am to 10.50 am in the college staff room.
